- Who in your Christian community have you especially respected for their godly leadership? Which qualities from this passage did you appreciate in them? Are they perfect in all things or have they helped model how to handle failures? Which of the qualities of a strong leader are you bent towards and could see yourself improving in?
- What about Titus stirs in your heart a desire to take action? Be specific. Make a plan. Pray and ask the Lord to help make it happen! Consider asking your group to pray that your are strengthened and empowered to take the one next step.
